Pink Floyd’s The Dark Side Of The Moon Turns 52

Ok, I’ll do the math for ya – 1973. Yes, 1973!! Pink Floyd released the iconic ‘Dark Side of the Moon’ 52 years ago. Whoa! What a fantastic album from it’s lyrics to musical composition to album design and beyond. Simply put, I don’t believe there is a bad track on this masterpiece.

We all have our own memories of the first time or the best times we heard ‘Floyd’ on the radio… or blasting on the parents ‘Hi-Fi’ stereo when they were out. What are your memories?

Dark side of the Moon is definitely in my list of top 10 favorite albums. It’s a definite great addition or re-addition to your vinyl and digital libraries.
